Bhagyashree Accessories Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in 1994 and started operations in 1995. It is located at Sinhgad Road in Pune, a well-known industrial town in Maharashtra. The company owns a production shop measuring 2000 sq. feet area. Gauge store and gauge room are separate, measuring 450 sq. ft.

Product Specialization

We specialize in the manufacture of Centrifuge Oil Cleaner. Sudarshan Centrifuge Oil Cleaner is a solid liquid separator for separating dirt in your oil. It cleans your engine oil continuously when your engine is running. It separates dirt below 1 micron from engine oil and thus lowers wear rate of engine components drastically. It also avoids harmful oil degradation and arrests depletion of oil additives increasing the oil life. The Centrifuge Cleaner does not require any spare parts to be replaced and gives consistent performance throughout engine life.

Bhagyashree Accessories Pvt. Ltd., specializes in the ‘design and manufacture’ of engine mounted centrifugal oil cleaners. We have developed a range of thirteen centrifuge models suitable for a range of engines. We are in this field for last 17 years, and the over 15000 centrifuges manufactured by us are giving satisfactory performance in field. We are Original Equipment suppliers to Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd., Greaves Ltd. and Bharat Earth Movers Ltd. Our company is ISO 9001:2000 certified and also an approved manufacturer of centrifuges by the DGQA.

Manufacturing Facilities

The company is equipped with modern CNC machining technology for production of centrifuge components. We have a 100+40 tons extra deep drawing hydraulic press and allied machinery required for deep drawing operation.

Quality Control

All the products manufactured by us are tested for functional performance and aesthetics by our quality assurance staff. We have in-house testing facilities with test equipments like Magnetic Crack Detectors, Hardness Testers, Slip Gauges, and modern digital measuring instruments. The company has developed testing rigs for centrifuges to measure performance of each centrifuge manufactured.

Accreditation

We are an ISO 9001:2000 certified company. The scope of certification includes 'design and manufacture of centrifugal oil cleaners'. The quality certification is accredited by ABS-QE, Houston, Texas. We are self certified vendor for Greaves Ltd. (formerly Ruston & Hornsby Ltd. ) for supply of centrifugal oil cleaners.
