Retrofitting Services For Old Diesel Engines
We
provide
retrofitting services for old diesel engines by putting centrifugal oil
cleaner in the desired position. In this process the engine's oil is
sent for
centrifuging forming a point in its oil circuit that is located in
front of engine's
oil cooler and engine's main filter, where the engine's oil is hottest
and
dirties. The location of mounting the centrifuge cleaner is selected so
as the cleaner's bottom is at a height above engine's oil
level. This helps in efficient draining of cleaned oil into the engine.
The
rated oil flow at engine’s working oil pressure makes sure that the
circulation
of oil through centrifuge cleaner for preferable 5 times per hour.
The
bracket/adapter that is used for cleaner's mounting is supposed to be sturdy,
and rotor inside the cleaner rotates at very high speed while operating. It is
advisable that the drainpipe/drain passage should not have kinks or else it
well result in flooding of centrifuge cleaner and it comes to halt functioning.
